Dr. Nancy Lipsitz from Heritage Medical Associates and Dr. Ellen Clayton from Vanderbilt University’s Law School and Medical School.

They will discuss the background to the SCOTUS ruling as well as the triggering of the Tennessee Human Life Protection Act.

The discussion will focus on the physical, mental, emotional and economic health of women in Tennessee, as well as the legal barriers placed on health professionals providing life-saving, comprehensive and confidential care.
