Event Details

100 Years of Woman Suffrage: Honoring the Past, Looking to the Future, a collaboration between the Nashville Bar Association and the Lawyers’ Association for Women, is a very special event celebrating the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment. The CLE seminar will encompass aspects of our annual Law Day Lunch.

This event will be held virtually, with a two-hour CLE program—including a keynote address given by Justice Anita Earls of the North Carolina Supreme Court—and panel discussions exploring Nashville’s critical role in the suffrage movement and the impact on other voter rights movements that have followed.

Presented by the Nashville Bar Association and the Lawyers’ Association for Women
